Owens Chimney sent two teams (one the first day and another the second day) to complete the repair work for our home’s fireplace. I am extremely pleased with the service received from Owens Chimney. Ryan and Kenny arrived both days on time, worked hard, set everything up and kept us informed during the day. They were polite, professional and are hard workers. They showed us pictures of the repairs they made, explained them, explained about the warranty and made sure all our questions were answered before they left.
When they were finished, the cleaned everything up – and I mean they cleaned. You would never know that they had been at the house. Ryan even got down on his hands and knees and cleaned the floor in the den. They vacuumed the floor and the mantle over the fireplace. I tried to get Ryan to vacuum the rest of house – but he just laughed. Great guys!!!!!
